Right now we have a necessary mission to accomplish. It is time to further improve our internal organization, without losing the essence of our work environment, while continuing to work on building internally an innovative form of organization based on super multidisciplinary knowledge that delivers constant value to our customers aligned with their key results (OKR), improving quality and being proactive.
