Luce IT sets out its Annual Strategic Plan

Last Wednesday, February 5, Javier Duran, CEO of Luce Innovative Technologies, shared with the whole team the Annual Strategic Plan. This plan fits into a 2-year strategy called “Plan Crece”.

The plan was established in three fundamental pillars to continue growing as it has done until now: to be leaders in the Data-Business Case-Cloud business, to achieve organizational excellence and to continue improving our organization by relying on the fantastic team of people that Luce is proud of.
At all times Luce is focused on the customer, we are Customer Centric. We deliver value continuously through technology and innovation but without losing sight of the human side. In Luce we are business enablers and we help the client to make things happen, generating confidence so that they are not only our clients, but also become our partners.

Our business culture and size of the organization differentiates us from the competition, providing competitive advantages such as speed and agility, being more efficient and providing greater value to the customer.
In this last year, Luce has adapted its organization with a new business structure, which has increased the speed of business development, generating leads and demonstrating a value of continuous delivery to the customer. We have taken advantage of the technical capacity & the “Knowledge” between teams and people.

Within this new structure, it is important to highlight the internationalization of Luce with an operational presence in Mexico. A country with a clear projection, and where we go hand in hand with big clients and the best technological partners.
Throughout this process, our team plays a fundamental role. All of us who work at Luce are part of a single team in which we all row in the same direction: that of excellence. The young environment, the flexible working day, open and multidirectional communication, and the career plan make us feel capable of facing any challenge.

“”At Luce we have a successful past, an exciting present and… A promising future.
Let’s build an exciting story to tell.”
