Manager Administration

DESCRIPTION

Luce IT, the expert technology company in software development and analysis, is looking for an Administration Manager for its headquarters in Valladolid.

It must be a decisive and dynamic person, with organizational and planning capacity, committed and valid to work in a dynamic environment, and of young people, in which teamwork is fundamental.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Training: LADE, economic, business or similar.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Languages: High level of English, spoken and written.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Invoicing, collections and payments, expense management, purchases.
  •  Management of approvals and contracts with customers.
  •  Control of tenders, subsidies and grants.
