At Luce IT, we are looking for a Digital CRO Analyst capable of leading the conversion optimisation methodology and digital experimentation in our projects.
What you will do
- Design, lead and implement CRO and digital experimentation strategies, ensuring that each initiative is aligned with our clients' business objectives.
- Define and drive a methodology for conversion optimisation in different digital environments.
- Execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests. Identify opportunities for improvement in the conversion funnel, prioritising actions according to impact and effort.
- Collaborate closely with digital analytics, development and business teams to implement effective optimisation strategies.
- Present actionable insights
- . Work with testing, analytics and personalisation tools to improve data-driven decision making.
- Closely follow trends in CRO, UX and behavioural science, applying best practices to our projects.
Where you come from
- +
- 3 years of experience in conversion optimisation and digital experimentation.
- Advanced knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing tools (e.g. VWO, Dynamic Yield).
- Experience with digital analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Content Square, Tealium).
- Ability to transform data into actionable, results-oriented strategies.
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
