A very important part of Luce Innovative Technologies’ 2021 Strategic Plan was the commitment to generate value that we set with our customers.
At the end of last year, we sent out satisfaction surveys to find out how we had positioned ourselves with our customers, but above all to get feedback that would allow us to improve. Every year we are more and more surprised by their response, which could not have been better, and we are not only talking about quantitative terms, where they rate us with an overall average score of 9, but also in terms of the quality of the answers they have given us.
The entire Luce team is proud that our customers take the time to respond to the surveys, and throughout 2022 we will work to transform all the suggestions into improvement actions that will allow us to follow the path of continuous value contribution to your organization.
