The City Council’s challenge

Before Ana’s arrival, the Valladolid City Council faced the challenge of modernizing the digital experience for citizens. Although information was available, it was scattered across different platforms, which complicated access to certain procedures and services. In addition, response times were slow, leading to frustration for many users who were unable to resolve their queries quickly.

The solution had to ensure that citizens could easily access information on municipal procedures, facilities, and public services without having to navigate through multiple sources or perform lengthy searches. The challenge was not only technical but cultural by bringing an advanced Generative AI tool to the traditionally less- digitizsed public-administration sector.

  • Administrative procedures (registration, registration, licenses, etc.).
  • Municipal facilities and activities
  • Subsidies and local services

In addition to providing quick answers, Ana  also offers an intelligent search, displaying documents and links relevant to the queries made. Its ability to handle large volumes of information and filter results accurately allows citizens to get what they are looking for almost instantly, without compromising the security or confidentiality of the information.

The synergy between Luce IT and Google Cloud was key to fully leveraging the capabilities of Generative AI, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation.
