The integration platform implemented thanks to Microsoft Azure technology has meant a big change for SEUR customers. They can now manage in real time, and in bulk, their shipments and pickups through a variety of fully customized channels.
SEUR customers receive personalized information at all times in terms of format, frequency and reception channel with the status of the service provided.
The adoption and adaptation of the new system has been possible thanks to the Microsoft Azure cloud where the entire infrastructure capable of supporting the platform in an elastic, scalable, maintainable and monitorable way has been deployed.
With the service platform, in addition to improving the user experience for its customers, SEUR has achieved, among other results, a reduction of up to 50% in manual processes and integration times and a reduction of up to 90% in FTP and email integration errors.
The real-time centralisation of customer data in a Data Lake enables the exploitation of information, which has allowed SEUR to discover new use cases on an almost weekly basis. Finally, with the incorporation of an API Manager, consumption plans have been established to be able to adapt to the requirements of each of its customers.
