The challenge
One of the biggest challenges faced by PuroEGO is data collection and how to connect and process information from the different stores.
PuroEGO has stores spread across different parts of Spain, so linking the information in a simple and immediate way was fundamental, Without the current Domo platform for PuroEGO it was very costly and time consuming to acquire data to make decisions, as it required the involvement of different departments and it took several days to obtain that information which was done through spreadsheets.

Simplicity
Managing a large volume of data is not always an easy task. Gathering all the information and being able to “paint” it in a simple way is essential for making strategic decisions.
For technology managers, such as Danie Martin Ruano, it is important to have clear data and to be able to see the most important KPIs in a simple, agile and quick way.
For this reason, it is essential for management to promote a data culture and achieve internal adoption throughout the organization. In other words, all members of the company must understand the importance of data and feel empowered to use it in their day-to-day work.
Cost
There are frequent fears about how the implementation of a new tool will affect the organization economically, regardless of which department it is in, marketing, operations, systems, etc… there is always an uncertainty about the costs.
However, nothing could be further from the truth. As in this case told live, Daniel Martin Ruano stressed that he had other numbers in his head much higher than the proposal made by Luce on the Domo platform for a good management and visualization of data.
