LIA in the Public Sector: ANA
ANA, the Valladolid City Council’s generative virtual assistant, designed to improve citizen interaction with municipal services. Its implementation marks a milestone in Spanish public administration, being one of the first of its kind in Spain to use generative AI. The system was developed by our team, and is based on Google Cloud technology and the LIA framework and development model.
The process of defining and automating intelligent rules, streamlined and optimised the work of filtering traffic, incorporating keywords and improving performance in the different matches.
