REMODEC develops an intelligent planning and deployment system for the rapid and sustainable reconstruction of territories after disasters.
Through AI and modular construction, the project boosts territorial resilience and public safety against extreme climate risks.

Luce IT acts as the strategic technological engine of the project, leading the development of the "intelligent brain" responsible for centralizing critical data and dynamically coordinating all interventions in disaster-affected areas.
The REMODEC consortium is made up of a multidisciplinary team of six specialized companies and two technology centers. The group is led by ARPA and includes the participation of ATBIM, HIDRITEC, Luce IT, ESTUDIO METRO7, and SORIGUÉ.

The REMODEC consortium features the strategic collaboration of two leading technology centers: CARTIF, specialized in urban sustainability, circular economy, and industrial digitalization; and ITA (Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón), an expert in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and cyber-physical systems applied to the territory.
Funding for this project is provided by the Centre for the Development of Technology and Innovation, E.P.E. (CDTI) under the framework of the 2025 Science and Innovation Missions program (Misiones Ciencia e Innovación). Furthermore, the initiative is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, receiving financial support from the European Union through the NextGenerationEU funds, alongside the institutional backing of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
