A través del uso de inteligencia artificial, sensores aeroespaciales y big data, el proyecto busca optimizar la prevención de incendios forestales y mejorar la conservación de los recursos naturales

We bring our extensive technological development experience to equip both vehicles and connected infrastructure with advanced perception capabilities.
The RETECHFOR consortium in Castile and León is composed of a strategic alliance led by the CESEFOR Foundation as the coordinating entity. The technological and business partners executing the project are Luce IT, Vexiza, ITCL Technology Center, AIR Institute, CARTIF Foundation, Itagra, and CTME. This structure is completed with the participation of the University of Valladolid and the University of León

As key collaborators, the project is supported by the Government of the Canary Islands, with whom the joint territorial network for forest monitoring is being developed. In addition, there is close technical collaboration with the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service for the integration of spatial data and compliance with the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy.
The initiative is funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU funds within the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan. It also features the co-financing and support of the Junta de Castilla y León, specifically through the Ministry of Environment, Housing, and Land Planning, which provides 25% of its own funds for the execution in the region.
