On Wednesday, May 8th, we had the great opportunity to present the potential of Generative AI for Local Entities throughout Spain and the latest developments in the public sector. This was possible thanks to the collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), Google Cloud and , Luce IT.
An Online Event to Connect and Innovate:
This online event not only revealed how AI is transforming public services to be more efficient and accessible, but also how these technologies can be implemented to improve the daily lives of citizens. We talked about the future of public administration in Spain! We were also able to learn in more detail what that real impact and opportunities were in the public sector with the IAG, such as:
Policy and Programs: Understanding the challenges and causes of current policies to design more effective interventions.
Service Delivery and Operations: Much more personalized services and an improved customer experience with 24/7 access available.
Support functions: Employee learning and development, software development and recruitment processes.
Regulators: Monitoring, compliance detection and simplification of regulations to facilitate citizen and business compliance.
Public Agencies: Develop and implement government strategies, policies and standards to achieve government objectives.
LIA in Action: Transforming the Future with Artificial Intelligence
Throughout the event, LIA, our advanced Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) virtual assistant, proved to be an outstanding innovation at the intersection of technology and public administration, as LIA promises not only to improve efficiency, but to increase transparency and citizen participation.
