Northgate was struggling with the high level of manual work involved in vehicle management, which slowed down processesand delayed deliveries to customers. They needed to improve traceability and graphical reporting.

Luce implemented its OGL (Operational Grid Layer) asset, a layer that synchronises and standardises data, replicating the ERP in real time. In addition, digital signature and photo capture were integrated.

The time-to-market (time taken to make the product available) to the customer was drastically reduced. Data quality errors and vehicle registration times were reduced, leading to greater confidence in the information.
